My Profile
1. Theme: I am an equity specialist and fund manager.
I am not a stock market operator. I am pure and honest
in my function.
2.
Business Practice: Any equation in life is mutual. Everything
we do has to be mutually beneficial. There is on free
lunch. If I am benefiting from you, you must benefit
from me and vice versa.
3.
Professional Qualification: I am in stock market since
1984, the first year of my college when I was 18 year
old. I used to apply in new public issue and sell on
listing.
From
1990-1995 I was into active clientele brokerage – delivery
lasted 80% and speculation 20%.
From
1996 I have successfully shifted my focus to equity
management and advisory. My client base is across India.
I
have done B.Com (1986), Investors’ Course- Bombay Stock
Exchange (1994), Fund Manager's Course-Unit Trust of
India Institute (1995). I have also gone through several
other crash courses and seminars.
4.
Routine: I have and I am reading, analysing and interpreting
exhaustively. I have been and I am attending company
annual general meetings, analyst meets & presentations.
I am always meeting and interacting with corporate and
stock market fraternities. I am virtually connected
to Internet through out the day to sense pulse of the
stock market and economy.
5.
Team Work: Over the years I realised importance of group
efforts. Sensing early in my career I formed a group
of like minded equity analysts and fund managers that
truly made me what I am today. Collectively my group
can boast of commenting on any equity share of India.
I generously share my achievement with my equity coterie.
6.
Investment Philosophy: In real life every substance
has gestation period like childbirth and monsoon (heat-evaporation-steam-cloud-lightening-rains).
Years back I focused on long term equity investment
after seeing success of Mr. Warren Buffet but now I
see it as a natural way to grow rich. Also investment
made by company breeds results only after a time leg.
So one has to understand the company plans very articulately
and accurately predict its outcome. Than bet on it.
7.
Loyalty: Among client, company and stock market, my
loyalty is in descending order. Between client and company,
I will be more loyal to client but between company and
stock market I will be must loyal to company and its
management.
8.
Wish: I wish to be recognised as scion of India’s best
equity investors.
