Sales and lease back:
VCRG acquires an
existing self occupied property and leases it back to the tenant company on a
triple net long-term basis. Accordingly, the tenant company bears the
responsibility for maintaining the premises, insuring the building and paying
real estate taxes. As a result, the tenant company preserves operational control
of the property and benefits from the immediate access to capital, which can be
used to improve its balance sheet, fund future growth or reduce debt. |
