We are incorporated since 1996. Our principal promoter Mr. Manish Turakhia is in stock market since 1990 and has extensive experience is several aspect of Equity and Finance market in India and selectively across the globe.

Over the period he has developed experienced team of Investment professionals, financial liaison, Lawyers, Investment Bankers, Regulatory experts and service providers. Our business partners and associate net work extend to London, Zurich, Dubai, Hong Kong and Singapore.

We manage clients’ wealth in Equity and Mutual Fund. Funds under our advice are in excess of Rs.275 cores (About US$62 ml) among 32 families. Also we have one more single investor family whose asset size is Rs.700 crores (About US$155 ml). (As on 01.06.2008)

We are low profile manager of equity, as our high net worth clients prefers low key and so are we.

Over the period we have structured many corporate deals of PIPE and PE/VC.
